At the beginning of your cruise you will find your card in your cabin to welcome you to the CostaClub. It has the following functions:
- CostaClub membership card
- “credit card” for all onboard purchases
- identification document (boarding pass) for entry and exit to the ship
cabin key on the Costa Atlantica, Costa Concordia, Costa Fortuna, Costa Magica and Costa Mediterranea.

Remember to carry it all the time during your cruise. If you should lose it during the cruise, contact the ship’s Information Office immediately.
 Once your cruise is over, the CostaCard remains your CostaClub membership card.

Always quote your Membership Number when selecting/booking your cruise. This
is essential in order to be entitled to all the CostaClub benefits.

I change my Club of membership?
You will find your new Card in your cabin when you take your next cruise. In the meantime you will receive confirmation by letter of the change and, of course, your gift for passing to the Coral or Pearl Club.

What if I can’t remember my Membership Number, have lost my Card and want to book my next cruise?
You can contact us by writing to costaclubpao@costa.it or enter the reserved area of the CostaClub website (www.costacruisesasia.com) for immediate confirmation of your CostaClub Membership Number.
